Our best before date
Consume the gels within the best-before date (4 weeks) for optimal freshness and safety. Please check the label. Our Raw Sea MossandIrish Sea Moss capsules have a 1-year best-before date and should be stored in a cool, dry place.

Freeze for longer use
If you think you won’t finish your Sea Moss gel in 4 weeks, freeze the remaining gel in ice cube trays (not in the jar) and add them to your smoothies later. Frozen, it will last for up to 3 months.
