Once you receive your Raw Sea Moss pack, you’ll find a QR code on the back; scan it and head to the instructional video to start making your Sea Moss Gel blend.

1. Grab your Raw Sea Moss, limes and water. 2. Weigh your Sea Moss. For a 1L jar, we use 40grams. 3. Fill a bowl with filtered water and put your Sea Moss in to pre-soak it. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften. 4. Give your Sea Moss a good clean to remove all the existing ocean debris. 5. Transfer your clean Sea Moss to another bowl with filtered water. Chop your lime in half, squeeze both halves and add them to the soaked Sea Moss. Let it soak for 24 hours. 5. After soaking for 24 hours your Sea Moss will be soft and have a light creamy colour. 7. Strain the water and remove the limes. 8. Add the Sea Moss to the blender with 1100ml of filtered water and blend until smooth consistency is achieved. Add more water for desired consistency. 9. Pour the Sea Moss into your jar and leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set into a lovely gel consistency. (Keep your Sea Moss refrigerated at all times!) 10. Your gel is ready! Time to enjoy it! You are now set with a Sea Moss jar packed full of nutrients and ready for the weeks ahead.It’s that easy!"

Easy to make, easy to take.

I have quite a bit of healing to do. Recently, trying to find a way to hydrate more efficiently, I came across a book entitled “Quench”. The authors refer to using gel substances such as ground and soaked chia seeds. As they upset my digestive tract I decided to pursue seaweeds knowing that there are developing processing businesses here in Australia using our seaweeds. However my search brought me to your site. I decided to opt for the raw method as I am now over in Western Australia and worried about transporting the made up product as we go into summer.
My first batch, made with just 20 gms and 500 ml soaking and then the advised 550 ml for blending, was rather liquid. As I am using a Ninja Nutri-Blender I wondered if it was not powerful enough.
I am soaking a few hours longer than 24, blending with the bare 500 ml and keeping the blending process going longer than initially. Much firmer but still not looking as firm as yours :)
As I can be put into the ‘elderly’ bracket I am dealing with significant dehydration and do not expect a fast turn around. However after less then 2 months I am noticing a change - hurrah. Now I am looking out for digestion changes - that I think will take quite a bit longer but I shall look forward to continuing this process.

Christine, this is an incredible review and story you have!
Firstly, if you did want to try our gels and you live in Perth, I know our express shipping couriers can take 1-2 business days to reach you however for the rest of WA please ensure you have express post selected so that it's a priority package - the transit time doesn't affect the shelf life of the product - so you should still have ample time to consume the product before it's expiration.
Second, If you're finding the gel to be too runny, we recommend sticking to the 24hr mark for soaking. Alternatively you could try increasing the amount of moss you're using in he soak 😊

Lots of energy & well being

I’ve tried a few of the sea moss gels, which were really delicious & brought part of me back to life. I tried the green raw form & felt it’s effect immediately, after making it.
In it’s raw form I find making my own gel with this type gives me a much deeper effect & a wonderful energy boost that lasts all day long. It brings a wonderful sense of well being. It tastes a little sea like / fishy, but it’s not that bad for me, besides you can add any fruit or superfood to the blender once it’s soaked. I didn’t. I preferred it as it is, the kick you get from this one is awesome.!
When I received it & opened the vacuum sealed bag, it appeared like crystals were growing on it. Such a little beauty of the sea that’s changing my life. Thank you guys.
I enjoy making my own now & will make a full spectrum by ordering the other raw to make a mixture of gels. The green is a machine ;)
